A leading educational institution set out to build a multi-portal educational ecosystem serving Administrators, Students, and Parents — but the complexity quickly escalated.

The platform needed to manage highly regulated workflows like Special Education (SPED), enable real-time academic tracking, and support dynamic tutor scheduling — all while maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience.
