The goal was to build a future-ready, mobile-first, and real-time logistics ecosystem. Hyniva applied a cloud-first, API-first, and mobile-ready modernization strategy using Microsoft's technology stack to overhaul the logistics platform.

Instead of a simple lift-and-shift, the application was re-architected into a component-based, maintainable solution on the latest .NET platform. Migration and modernization were executed in phases aligned to key business modules (Customer Portal, Logistics, Waybills & Challans, Tracking), ensuring enhancements such as mobile access, real-time communication, and performance optimization were seamlessly integrated.

This hybrid approach balanced risk reduction (via phasing) with business value delivery (new features and performance improvements), resulting in a system that is both modern and future ready.
